- Front cover—Photo of child; full name; birth date; christening location; officiant’s name.
- Inside left—Child’s birth date and time; birth weight in pounds and ounces; birth length; eye color; hair color; and christening welcome message from parents (choose from our database or include your own sentiment).
- Inside right—Christening service details (order of service) in chronological order; optional christening poem, prayer, or quote from our database or your own sentiment.
