Every program created at Keepsake Programs is custom made to your specifications as entered on the online order form. Before the printing of your order begins, we provide you with an electronic “proof”—a copy of the program as it will appear on your chosen paper. Once you review the proof, you’re asked to approve or make changes to it. When reviewing your proof, we recommend printing out the document or viewing it on-screen at 100% resolution to see an accurate view of program size and font selection.
Cancellations
If your program is still in the design process (i.e., before you have received your proof), we retain $20.00 of your deposit as a cancellation fee and refund the difference to you. If your program has been designed and you have received a proof, but the printing hasn’t begun, we will retain a $50.00 design charge and refund the difference to you. Once your order has been printed, we do not accept cancellations.
Problems with Your Order
If there is an error with your order, please contact us within three business days after receiving your order. If the error is due to our mistake, we will be happy to correct the order free of charge, including reprinting the programs, if necessary. If the error is on the part of the customer, i.e., wrong dates, change in date, incorrect telephone number, etc., we will be happy to work with you to correct it, offering a 40% discount on the reprinting of your programs. Standard shipping charges will apply.
We reserve the right to have programs with errors shipped back to us at our cost.
