- Front cover—Photo of deceased; full name; birth date; death date; funeral date; funeral location; viewing and funeral service times; officiant’s name.
- Inside left—Obituary.
- Inside right—Funeral service details (order of service) in chronological order.
- Back cover—Full names of pallbearers; family’s acknowledgement statement; your choice of a funeral poem, prayer, or quote from our database or your own sentiment; location of reception or repast; name of funeral home or other arranger.
