Keepsake Programs will protect your privacy. All e-mail addresses and other personal identifying information you enter on our site will be used only for the purpose of processing your order. We will never sell or give away your information for any reason.
The information we collect from our order form is used to:
- Prepare custom programs for a significant event or to send samples to those requesting them;
- Communicate with our customers should there be any questions regarding their orders;
- Create a customer account that will allow the collection of program information;
- Process credit card payments in exchange for our custom program design and printing services; and
- Ship the order to the correct location.
Visitors to our Web site are not required to complete our order form or otherwise provide any personal information.
Once orders have been placed, cookies are used on our site to help our customers access and track items in their shopping cart. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
All credit card information provided to us is sent through our secure server with the added protection of encryption. All credit card information is deleted from our files 14 days after your order has shipped.
