Keepsake Programs ships using UPS or the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail option. The choice depends on the weight of your order, your location, and the timeframe you choose.
Once your order is placed and deposit received, your order remains in production for two to five business days, unless you request a rush order. Once your program order is complete, your custom programs leave our facility for delivery to you.
Shipping Timeframes:
- UPS Ground: One to five business days*, depending on your location
- USPS Priority Mail: Two to three days**
- UPS Two-Day Air: Two business days*
- UPS Next Day Air: One business day*
*UPS Shipping days and times begin on the next business day after the programs are shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday only.
**USPS shipping days include Saturday as a sixth business day.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Keepsake Programs can only deliver to homes or businesses with a valid street address. We are unable to deliver to post office (P.O.) boxes.
- We ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses.
- Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to upgrade or change your shipping method.
